• Jute rope is attached to back of sign with staples
• Some signs we utilize vinyl for wording and designs, We use a high quality out door vinyl that is made to last outdoors. 
• All signs are sealed to protect from uv rays, mold and mildew. 

Processing & Shipping 

• Door hangers are made to order, So they are made in order they are received. (Processing time is stated at the top of website) it will usually be about 5-7 days. Also processing time is NOT the same as shipping time. Shipping time starts when dropped off at postal office it can very from 2-7 days.
• If your needing your order by a certain date we would be happy to help just send us a email to RustToShineCo@gmail.com. Please note you maybe  be charged a rush fee and or pay more shipping.

• shipping delays & issues are rare, but they can happen unfortunately, But they are out of my control and may be due to short staffing, holidays ect.
• Orders will be sent to address that is entered at check out, please be sure it is the correct address. We are not responsible for items that do not show up due to incorrect shipping address. If returned to us we will contact you and you will be charged for reshipping. 

Other information 

• All signs are made from wood some very from pine, birch ect. Due to product shortages at this time. With this being said you may find different wood grains, blemishes, knots ect. That where not in the product photos, we take pride in the small details from the wood but will not send anything out that is not up to standard. No two signs will be identical even though the same paint/stain colors are used and this makes your sign unique. 
• Signs are sealed to protect from rain, Uv rays ect, But we recommend to use under a porch, indoors and behind a storm door to keep your sign in great condition. There is no guarantees on how long your sign will last exposed to the elements out doors.
